SHIPPING POLICY

OUR COVERAGE

Celergen Club Philippines works with the biggest couriers in the Philippines so we can ship to almost anywhere in the country.

 

PAYMENT FIRST

Celergen Club Philippines delivers your package to your home when payment has been settled already.

Please be reminded that any of the delivery staff is not our employee. They work for either Ninja Van, GoGoXpress, or LBC. They won't be able to answer questions about the items that you have ordered from Celergen Club Philippines.

If you have any issues or complaints about your order, please contact us right away at celergenclubphilippines@gmail.com and we will be more than willing to assist you immediately.

 

HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?

Delivery time will be 3 - 7 business days upon fulfillment of an order. Fulfillment time is only 24 - 48 hours. Holidays will affect delivery time.

Orders from Celergen Club Philippines will be coming from Metro Manila. The customer's distance from the capital plays a role in delivery time. Customers residing in the Metro Manila area may or may not receive their packages in less than 3 business days.

Ninja Van, GoGoXpress, or LBC handle deliveries for us. Celergen Club Philippines has no direct control over any of these courier's operations so we cannot commit to a specific delivery date.

 

SHIPPING FEE

Celergen Club Philippines offers free shipping on orders over ₱84,000 within the Philippines.

HOW DO I REACH A CELERGEN CLUB PHILIPPINES LIVE CHAT REPRESENTATIVE?

There are two ways to reach one of Celergen Club Philippines Live Chat Representatives:

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Celergen Club Philippines purchase. We can offer you a refund or replacements at no additional cost only if the items are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Parcels are lost in transit
     

Please contact us within 72 hours or 3 days after receiving your order. Returns are not allowed after 3 days. We will process your refund or replacement upon receiving the item. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Please be reminded that there are no existing laws that allow any consumers to return goods they purchased and ask for a refund simply because they have changed their minds.
 

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to your bank account, within 2-5 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item if the buyer demands for a refund instead of a replacement for the damaged, deformed or defective item.
